How does the technique work?

How can I be certain the technique works?
If you perform any physical action, there has to a resulting effect. Tensing your biceps repeatedly over a period of time, will cause them to develop and strengthen. Performing yoga will make your body more limber. In the same way, if you follow the techniques I demonstrate, you will begin to look markedly younger and feel more energetic.
How long before I see results?
It depends on a number of factors, including:

  Your age.
  How many repetitions of the technique you are able to perform.
  How regularly you perform the technique.
  You will, however, see some exciting changes within three months, and it keeps getting better!

How much time does it take each day?
If you are in reasonable shape, it will take you 40 minutes. This includes resting between repetitions.
